Refund and Return Policy
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cancellation period begins on the day you received the item.
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.
You as a customer always have the right to unpack the goods and check them. If an item is incorrect or damaged, contact us immediately at info@norrakershandel.se then we will help you how to proceed. Please attach digital images of the products/damages when contacting by email, to simplify the matter. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
Note that the shipping cost for returns and exchanges is paid by you as the customer. If, on the other hand, it is a complaint due to damaged goods or that we dispatched the wrong goods, we will refund all shipping costs at the same time as we pay back what you paid for the goods.
Refund
Norråkers Handel will refund the consumer within 30 days at the latest in cases where the consumer cancels the purchase on valid grounds or is to have money refunded.
The money is in the customer's account within about 30 days.
Privacy Policy
When you place your order with us, you only state your name and contact details, not your social security number.
In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use this information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you.
